Prairie Farms Dairy, Edwardsville, Ill., introduced Small Batch ice cream, which blended in small batches and made with only the finest ingredients.

Small Batch Ice Cream starts with nothing more than simple ingredients, including milk, cream and sugar, and is available in 25 flavors.

“Our simple ingredients and small batch process deliver a taste that’s best-in-class,” says Rob Lagerloff, corporate chef.

Small Batch Ice Cream is now available in the freezer section at grocery stores nationwide.
