My/Mo Mochi Ice Cream, Los Angeles, launched Cool Peppermint, a new limited-edition flavor.

Cool Peppermint features a scoop of premium, milky, melty peppermint-flavored ice cream sprinkled with crunchy minty bits, wrapped in chewy, pillowy mochi dough.
