Wind Point Partners, Chicago, and portfolio company Stir Foods, Orange County, Calif., and Pacifica Foods, Corona, Calif., acquired Sabra Dipping Co.'s salsa business based in Oceanside, Calif.
The 40,000-square-foot expansion of its Chesterfield, County, Va., headquarters manufacturing plant will enable Sabra to further expedite product delivery to retail.
