Plant-based, fungi-focused protein manufacturer Meati Foods is leasing 76,463 square feet of Class A industrial space at 25 North in Thornton, Colorado. Meati will occupy two-thirds of a brand new 114,700-square-foot building that was constructed in 2020.

Raised & Rooted, Tyson Foods’ brand of plant protein products, is expanding its offerings with three new products to meet the increased demand for plant-based protein options. The new plant-based burger patties, Bratwurst and Italian sausages, and ground are available in the refrigerated section of grocery stores nationally.
Urban Farmer, a manufacturer of plant-based specialty dough products, announced that Steve Jungmann has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer and will also serve on the Board of Directors. Mr. Jungmann succeeds John Keigher who is assuming the role of Chief Operating Officer after serving as the company’s Chief Executive Officer.
