Reduced distribution costs have New York's Agro Farma looking westward for a new plant to make Chobani yogurt.

One of the largest producers of frozen fillo dough and fillo products, Athens Foods, Cleveland, said it hired Scott Sumser as president.

The Associated Press reported that Chobani Greek yogurt processor Agro Farma, Norwich, N.Y., will receive $16 million in state incentives for a new dairy processing facility in Columbus, N.Y.
