The new location at 100 Bloomingdale Road will become home to more than 400 employees beginning early next year.

The research team is perfecting a process to incorporate air bubbles into condensed milk and yogurt to make the texture of these products more desirable for consumers.

The small micro-dairy already moved to a farm in the Shenandoah Valley near Harrisonburg, Va., and partnered with a Mennonite farmer, who will milk and care for Old Church Creamery’s Jersey herd.
