Sysco Corp., Houston, Texas, reached a definitive agreement to sell 11 US Foods distribution facilities to Performance Food Group, pending its merger with US Foods.
US Foods, Rosemont, Ill., acquired the assets of Quandt’s Foodservice Distributors, an independent foodservice distributor that services most of Eastern New York and portions of Western New England.
