As an added benefit for customers with food sensitivities, both new products are nondairy and soy- and gluten-free. Grocery retailer and distributor SpartanNash announced plans to open its first SpartanNash Micro-Fulfillment Center, located at 5199 68th St. SE in Caledonia, Michigan. Martin’s Super Market in downtown Elkhart’s new “River District” development is now open after a ribbon-cutting celebration. Elkhart mayor, Rod Roberson, was in attendance in addition to other members of the Elkhart River District planning committee and senior management from SpartanNash, the parent company of Martin’s Super Markets. The store replaces the original E. Jackson Blvd. Martin’s that opened in 1990.
