Tillamook has launched its Farmstyle label with four new spreadable cream cheese flavors--Original, Very Veggie, Seriously Strawberry, and Aged Cheddar--all with an eye on clean labeling/clean ingredients.
The Tillamook County Creamery Association (TCCA), Tillamook, Ore., introduced Tillamook Cheeseboards, a combination of Tillamook cheese, olive oil crackers and artisanal fruit spreads.
The co-op wants its premium cheese, ice cream, yogurt, sour cream and butter products to come across as Tillamook.

The Tillamook County Creamery Association (TCCA), Tillamook, Ore., celebrated turning 110 years old by rolling out a bolder, more consistent look across its entire line of dairy products.
The new Tillamook Creamery was built in the same location as the former visitor center, but is more than 50% larger at approximately 42,800 square feet.

The new dairy processing facility will include an automated, small-scale dairy manufacturing plant with state-of-the-art equipment for production of cheese, ice cream, cultured products and dairy-based powders.

The Tillamook County Creamery Association (TCCA), Tillamook, Ore., gifted $1.5 million to support construction of a new food and beverage facility at Oregon State University, Corvallis, Ore.
Through this project, the existing visitors center facility will be torn down, and built in its place will be a new 38,500-square-foot facility.
