The snack food company has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the flash-frozen beaded ice cream brand for $222 million.

Cushman & Wakefield has advised the investment sale of a 31,612-square-foot warehouse cold storage building on about four acres in Loveland, Colorado, near Fort Collins. 

The pizzas feature the same Papa Gino’s signature three-cheese blend and vine-ripened tomato sauce that is used in restaurants so that Papa Gino’s lovers from all over can bring the familiar taste of their favorite New England Pizzeria home with them in a convenient frozen format to make right in their own kitchens.

The new CHEF’STORE Spartanburg is scheduled to open in fall 2022.

The research found that flexitarians, the key consumer group driving the growth of plant-based, are more critical of products versus vegan and vegetarian consumers.

The Ice Cream Shop is available in major metro areas including New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, Philadelphia, Chicago and more.

The donation is expected to help finance research projects over the next five years.
