The move-in ready cold storage facility boasts 40-foot clear ceiling heights, a 35,000-square-foot in-place freezer with full height racking, 11 loading docks and two drive-in doors.

A new 83,000-square-foot cold storage facility will be near the Interstate-81 corridor and the Virginia Inland Port.

The $73 million Mississippi site will be the first cold storage infrastructure investment since Hurricane Katrina.
