Kathleen Wybourn is the director of food safety solutions for DNV Business Assurance, headquartered in Katy, Texas. DNV Business Assurance is part of the DNV GL Group in Hovik, Norway. Wybourn also has been a member of the GFSI Food Benchmark, Storage and Distribution Benchmark, and most recently, the Retail and Wholesale TWG.
The newly created GFSI Retail & Wholesale Technical working group helps extend food safety requirements to retail and wholesale by drafting the contents to be included in the GFSI Benchmark criteria section.
