Rachel’s Cottage Cheese - a U.K. brand distributed in the U.S. by White Wave Foods, Broomfield, Colo. - is known for its unique flavorings including Lemon Verbena Berry and Sun Dried Tomato Pesto. New varieties are Pink Grapefruit Lychee and Marionberry Guava. White Wave, a division of Dean Foods, said it expects this summer to establish 50 percent volume distribution in all retail channels.
