Premio Foods Inc., Rochelle Park, N.J., completed its acquisition of La Bella Sausage, LLC, a Brooksville, Fla.-based fresh and fresh-frozen meat processor.

The acquisition will provide Premio Foods with significant product expansion capabilities and help them in terms of both customers and location. Additionally, acquiring La Bella will result in strengthening the local economy by adding new jobs and fueling increased production.
