American Flatbread Pizza, Pittsfield, N.H., introduced three new pizza flavors to its premium line of gluten-free flatbread pizzas.
Gluten-Free Cheese Trio & Tomato Sauceis a handmade flatbread topped with mozzarella, parmesan and Vermont Cookeville grana cheese, with homemade tomato sauce and fresh herbs.
Gluten-Free Pesto & Cheeseis also a handmade flatbread topped with savory pesto, made with fresh basil, toasted pine nuts, extra virgin olive oil, fresh minced garlic and parmesan.
And, Fresh Basil Pesto & Feta is topped with savory pesto made with fresh basil, toasted pine nuts, extra virgin olive oil, fresh minced garlic and feta.
