Dannon Co., White Plains, N.Y., expanded its YoCream line to include new soft-serve gelato frozen dairy dessert offerings for foodservice.

The new Italian-style gelato flavors are Banana Flambé, Creamy Limoncello, Hazelnut, Pistachio and Chocolate.

“The initial gelato line was a highly successful product launch. We received a great deal of positive feedback, so it was important for us to continue to support our customers with the innovative products and impactful tools to help them grow their business,” says Andy Bantz, national director, frozen division of Dannon Food Service. “The Dannon YoCream gelato line now has five delicious, on-trend flavors to attract new happy customers and to meet the increased demand for this creamy, Italian-style frozen dessert.”
