Minerva Dairy, Minerva, Ohio, announced a new line of varietal butters featuring the company’s Amish Roll Butter in Maplewood Smoked, Garlic Herb, Pumpkin Spice and Maple Syrup varieties.

With 84% milk fat from local, pasture-raised cows, each hand-wrapped roll butter is small-batched churned and rBST free, antibiotic-free, vegetarian and gluten free.
