Tillamook County Creamery Association, Tillamook, Ore., has a case of pumpkin fever with new holiday-inspired, special batch flavors, such as Pumpkin Cookie Butter and White Chocolate Peppermint Bark.
“This is our first release of special batch flavors, so we’re really looking forward to seeing how consumers respond to them,” says Stephanie Carson, ice cream category manager. “Many of our year-round flavors are great for celebrating the holidays, but these limited-edition treats were created specifically for this time of year. Pumpkin and peppermint are especially popular, and we wanted to provide our fans with options that are uniquely Tillamook, made with the highest quality mix-ins like speculoos cookie pieces and rich fudge peppermint bark.”
Pumpkin Cookie Butter consists of spiced pumpkin ice cream swirled with speculoos cookie pieces.
White Chocolate Peppermint Bark features white chocolate ice cream swirled with peppermint crackle and bark pieces.
Both ice cream flavors are made with extra cream, not extra air, and are sold at major grocery retailers in the Pacific Northwest, including Fred Meyer and QFC, for a suggested retail price of $4.99-5.99 for a 56-ounce container.
