Renaissance Food Group (RFG), a Rancho Cordova, Calif.-based subsidiary of Calavo Growers, Inc., unveiled its lineup of Garden Highway Veggie Noodles, available in Butternut Squash, Sweet Potato, Butternut Squash & Sweet Potato and Zucchini.

Packed in clamshell containers with a tamper-evident tear-away strip, Garden Highway Veggie Noodles merchandise easily into produce displays with a newly-designed, clear label. Each package serves 3-4 people.

“As Baby Boomers and the Millennial generation become increasingly aware of the importance that healthy, minimally processed food plays in their lives, we saw an opportunity to create our Veggie Noodle line,” says Nelia Alamo, director of marketing and communications for RFG. “This versatile ‘noodle’ can be used in everything from spaghetti to pad Thai, and we expect to see more fresh vegetables filling the void where pasta and other starches once lived.”
