Delighted By Hummus developed what is said to be the first dessert hummus to hit supermarket shelves. As appeared on ABC’s Shark Tank, Delighted By Hummus is a refrigerated dip made from chickpeas, but can be enjoyed with fruit, graham crackers, pretzels, cinnamon pita chips or with a spoon. Westby Cooperative Creamery introduced Westby Organic brand cottage cheese in 4% and 2% small curd kinds in 16-ounce containers, and regular cultured sour cream and cultured French onion dip in 12-ounce containers. These new products are Grade-A, non-GMO and certified-organic by the Midwest Organic Services Association (MOSA), according to U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) organic standards, and are available in Wisconsin and Minnesota.
