services firm, has expanded its existing Refrigeration division to
include the company’s Maintenance, Parts and Operations and Automation
Services divisions.
Looking to increase its Northeast distribution, edible oils supplier Bunge North America, St. Louis, said it purchased the assets of Mid-Atlantic Vegetable Shortening Inc.
