A spokesperson toldJust-Foodthat the project included a new bakery, packaging line and ovens. Schwan operations are part of Schwan's Global Supply Chain, a subsidiary.
TheMilwaukee (Wis.) Business Journal reported that cheese processorWinona Foods Inc., Green Bay, Wis., is spending $1.6 million to expand production space and purchase capital equipment.
