The 380,000-square-foot site will reach 97% of U.S. consumers in two days or less.

Situated on 62 acres, RealCold East Hanover will comprise a 50-fiit clear, fully-convertible, Class A, LEED Silver warehouse that will include environmentally controlled rooms ranging from -20 degrees Fahrenheit to +55 degrees Fahrenheit.
